Get bus fleet on lease from people. If some one can buy a bus and give it on lease to government,Government can give some monthly or yearly lease amount to the person.

People should start business in India. We have lot of resources.

Make the steps to start business simple. Don't just think about people working for others. Think about people who can give jobs to others also.

Implement innovative ways to produce electricity from renewable energy sources rather than depending on coal or non renewable energy sources.

1. Regular training for teaching staff.

2. Innovative and Technologically advanced methods to improve the quality of education.

3. Improve the infrastructure in schools. Many schools didn't have proper buildings.

4. Bring in more students to Government schools.

5. Make students to think differently. Don't always train them to go to some college and study. Improve the quality of entrepreneurship in the mindset of students. 

 

Self sustainability using water resources within the state

Try to bring in resources like desalination plants or building blocker dams within the waterways or storing water in more places (build more lakes etc) which can help the state to be self sufficient with regards to drinking water and water for agriculture.

Bring in new technologies to water desalination etc. New technologies of water desalination can produce more water per day. Also we have one of the longest stretch of sea around the state. 

Streamlining cash trasactions

Any government payments should be made online/ through post office or banks . No cash transaction on government offices should be permitted.

Make the system available online and well connected to check the status or make payment from any office in any location. This will help people who are moving around.

Improve Sports facilities

Improve sports facilities for groom players in Tamilnadu. Need more sports facilities and bring in coaches from outside to improve the qualities of the coaches within Tamilnadu.

We need more players from Tamilnadu in variety of sports. Don't let the our sports to die. Keep some learning ground for our historic sports.
