Smart Card Driving Licence and Vehicle Registration Certificate has to be implemented in all Regional transport offices.
This will help us to have data integrity with the number of licenses per person and other validations.
If possible give one additional smart card so that one can be kept at home even if one is lost the other can be used for validation till the person gets the replacement.
