Self sustainability using water resources within the state

Try to bring in resources like desalination plants or building blocker dams within the waterways or storing water in more places (build more lakes etc) which can help the state to be self sufficient with regards to drinking water and water for agriculture.

Bring in new technologies to water desalination etc. New technologies of water desalination can produce more water per day. Also we have one of the longest stretch of sea around the state.
